All our bracelets are measured from
end to end including the clasp.
Please read the following carefully.
If you follow our guidelines you
will receive a nice fitting bracelet
with a little bit of movement and
room.
MEASURING YOUR WRIST
To determine the bracelet size you
need, measure wrist with a soft
flexible measuring tape and add 3/4"
to 1" for heart clasp and box clasp
or 1" to 1 1/4" for a toggle clasp.
If you do not have a measuring tape
you can use a ribbon or piece of
string. Mark the length then measure
with a ruler.
ORDERING A SIZE NOT LISTED
If the size you need is not listed,
please choose the lower size option
and then input your size information in the
details box. Example if your
wrist measures 7 1/4", you would
choose size 7" and fill out details
box as follows:
Strand #1: David
Strand #2: Rebecca - Note: Make
bracelet as close to 7 1/4 as
possible.
AVOID RESIZING CHARGES
To avoid resizing charges it is very
important to measure before
ordering. Custom bracelets take just
as long to string the first time as
they do the second time. If the
bracelet you are ordering is a gift
you can measure the gift recipient's
watch (if it is a good fit), and add
1 1/4 inches. If measuring is not an
option, please keep in mind we do
charge to restring your bracelet.
RESIZING
We understand that sometimes you can
not measure for your bracelet and
after you have given your bracelet
as a gift you discover it is the
wrong size. If this happens we will
happily restring your bracelet for
you. Place your re-stringing order
on this page and send your bracelet
