listed are one-of-a-kind, similar reproductions on some
items can be made depending on availability of beads and
findings. We do not have a print catalog since all our
designs are one-of-a-kind. Our online store serves as our
catalog and is updated frequently.
Custom
Designs: If
you would like to order for a wedding party or other special
occasion, please
contact us for design customizations and pricing.
Also, if you are
looking for something that is listed as Sold on this
website, email your request. We will research your options and
get back to you. Discounts are not applied to custom
work. Most custom orders typically cost more in parts than
the actual order price. All custom order sales are
final.
Prices
are subject to
change based on current market prices of beads, findings,
and supplies.
Tax:
We charge sales tax in Massachusetts.

Shipping
is free on all orders shipped within the continental USA.
Most items ship on the following business day via USPS.
Occasionally, we may ship first class.
In a few cases, we may hold an
order if an item is out-of-stock and expected in a few days.
Custom designs
may take up to 2 weeks for shipment depending on the design.
United
States & Canada:
We
accept Credit Card purchases from United States and Canada
only through Paypal.
Please Note: Payment by
Certified Check drawn on a US bank is required for customers
outside of the United States or Canada, and for shipments to
addresses outside of the Continental US. Please don’t
hesitate to

Most
shipments are mailed within 3-5 business days,
although please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom
orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the
order. All online items will be shipped within 3-5
business days, unless you have requested a custom
order. If so, the shipment will be mailed when the
custom order is complete.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Are you

or boutique? Please contact us for quantity
pricing and details. Please include the following
information: your name, your boutique or shop's name,
address, phone number, items of interest at Pizzazz Jewelry,
and other lines that you carry.
REPAIR POLICY
Repairs:
If an item you purchased on this
website should break within 30 days, we will repair that item
for free provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise, all
repairs are $1.50 plus the retail cost of any bead
replacement and shipping.
Restringing - We do offer restringing at $2.00 on items you did not purchase on this website. Please
contact us
with a detailed description and the type of beads needing to
be restrung. If your item is missing beads and you found
similar beads on this website, please
contact us
before sending the item to be sure those beads are still in
stock.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind all of our work. All items are returnable for credit or refund
(less shipping) if returned in original condition within 15 days of receipt of
shipment or for an exchange within 30 days from the day you received it.
The item must be returned in its original package . Please call or
email us before
returning an item.
NO exchanges
or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders.
Customer is
responsible for insuring the return order. We are not
responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are
uninsured through the mail.
